I figured that the problem with personality tests were that you know you're taking them, so you're more likely to answer based on who you think you are as it pertains to the test than getting an actual objective reading. So instead, I trained a machine learning model to guess personality themes based on the things you talk about, how you talk about them, and generally the way you speak.

I got tired of sitting in crisis meetings every time someone sent a sensitive email to the wrong client, so I made an Outlook add-in that warns you when it thinks you're about to email the wrong person.
