Service could be awesome, but there are too many glitches and bugs. Plus the support is not very responsive (expect 1 week or more to get an answer) or friendly. You guys should consider being more professional with your clients. Last example to date: I had a question regarding new features (that I suggested a few months ago on top of that) and got an answer telling to check the site....
