Initially, we tried a lot of standalone or feature-specific tools, but after reviewing Troop Messenger's features, we tested it throughout its trial time and ultimately decided to use it. Troop Messenger is also compatible with on-premise chat APIs & SDKs, SaaS, and a variety of other delivery methods, which is not the case with other solutions.
