My girlfriend mistakenly booked a lesson for 4:00 AM in the morning and only realized it upon waking up. She attempted to change the booking, but unfortunately, encountered no assistance wwhatsoever. I believe this issue can be resolved through mutual agreement with the teacher. Ultimately, we are paying for these lessons, and mistakes can happen. I think a more solution-oriented approach is needed in such situations.
