Too Good To Go is one of those rare products where the mission and the utility actually align; you get discounted food while helping reduce waste, which makes it an easy win on both sides. The “surprise bag” concept adds a fun element, though it does mean the experience can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on the vendor and day. Overall, when it works well, the value is incredible, but improving consistency and expectations across partners would make it even stronger.
