Hi, I’m Meredythe, founder of HireMeIQ. The idea for HireMeIQ came from watching friends go through exhausting job searches where they applied to dozens of roles and had to track everything in messy spreadsheets. Recruiter emails were scattered across inboxes, interview stages were hard to keep track of, and too often, candidates were ghosted with no visibility into what happened. It made me realize how opaque the hiring process still is for job seekers. HireMeIQ started as a simple idea: help candidates track their job hunt in one place. Over time, the bigger vision emerged — if enough candidates track their experiences, we can begin to surface real insights about how companies actually hire, including hiring timelines, interview patterns, and candidate experience signals.
