What's great
I'm so excited about this product. The UI is intuitive (and beautiful). I've been hiring the old fashioned way for too many years, taking lots of disparate notes; trying to remember what I asked various candidates. Lavalier solves this for me. I can focus on the candidate, conversation, and ultimately hiring the best person for the role.
What needs improvement
Nothing of note quite yet- I'm a newer user.
