I'm a solo developer and I just shipped my first mobile game: Block Bloom a free, offline block puzzle. It's the classic 8x8 drag-and-clear loop, but I leaned hard into game-feel: juicy combos, screen shake, and special blocks (3x3 bombs + full row/column lightning).
