Prioritizing tasks and staying focused. I have to preset calendar times to get stuff done and ignore calls, emails, and any notifications. If I can create 45 minute focused “sprints” with 15 minutes of checking alerts or just taking a walk, I’m much more productive. It takes discipline and I’m easily distracted.

All of these are great advice. The old saying “you have to eat the elephant one bite at a time” always pops into my head when I start to feel overwhelmed. Break it down into tasks and get it to work. Be sure to take breaks with sometime of stress reliever (I usually choose some type of exercise).

Most useful? Not sure the social platforms provide my day-to-day with a bounty of helpful assets the way HubSpot and Apollo.ai help me find and nurture leads. I also love slack for the quick internal conversations when I need answers quickly from teammates. Google calendar helps keep my daily appointments organized and Google Keep gives me a way to add and life’s tasks in an instance so I don’t...

Be sure to think from your consumer’s point of view and try to provide value. What information do they need to qualify them for the next steps to want the service or product you eventually want to sell them? That way your list isn’t just a numbers game, it will be based on quality subscriptions that are somewhere in your sales cycle.

Twitter is such an iconic name. Even how you post on Twitter as “tweets” became common slang. Not sure what his goal is with this move, but it will be interesting to watch how it evolves.

These are all great answers. I love how most of the focus is on the audience, because that’s the foundation of every good marketing strategy. Try to solve that audience’s problem by helping them become the hero. Don’t make your product the hero, make your product the tool that helps them become the hero in their story. Communicate this message in the media channels that have their attention.

Sounds interesting. I signed up to be on the waitlist. I think the daily task list is something a lot of people struggle with, so if your product can solve that, you’ll have a big winner. I’m looking forward to seeing the solution first hand.

I’ve found the “Trojan Horse” effect to work really well. No, it’s not a virus, but it’s about focusing on one aspect of your product or service that is different and really getting granular with the target audience. The messaging has to be compelling so they see a huge benefit for them to engage. Once they engage, as you’re explaining how it works, you show off the rest of your solution...

2 things really work for me. 1) I make sure to get out of the office for lunch. I rescue dogs and I don’t live far from my office, so going home and recharging with a house full of animals really makes a difference. You’re always greeted like a rock star, so it’s hard to not know you’re loved and depended on unconditionally. 2) later in the afternoon when I start feeling drained I take a quick...

This really comes down to audience. Who benefits most from your product and what channels are they on. I personally like the channels that allow you to create a community so that you’re not just adding followers, but you’re creating real engagement. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook.

It’s all about the prompts you give it. The data is restricted to September 2020, so if you’re create it SEO for something that has newer information, you’ll need to feed it into the prompt prior to asking for the content. My best advice is to go and spend some time. Ask it to do different things so you can start to understand the prompts. There are also a lot of good people to follow on...

I think this goes into the "reason" you started this side project. If it's something you're passionate about, then motivation should come naturally. If it's something that you doing to help meat a certain goal, I would make sure you have a reminder of that goal sitting on your desk, on on your bathroom mirror so you see it often.

The more I use ChatGPT the less I see the need to hire any content writers. It's created a huge lift in helping me generate good content. I just provide the ideas and readjust the wording to make it mine. It's been a game changer.
