Hmmm, I have been repeatedly told by friends in recruitment that most Applicant Tracking Systems can't actually parse .pdf docs very well (or at all). The free trial C.V. is downloadable only as a .pdf, so that seems like a bit of a concern. Anyone with any evidence that a .pdf isn't going to be a hindrance in your job search?
