Back4App is amazing. They has basically let us focus on adding business value to our 1500+ small business customers rather than worry about production issues.
The amount of effort and people they replace is hard to measure, but we feel like we have a "dev ops" in a box with them. We've managed to keep our production environment at 4 9s over the last year, and the few times we've had system level issues they are always quick to respond and figure out the issue for us.
Highly recommend.
