It might be interesting to flip this idea as well for those getting too much sun! I was having a conversation with a friend yesterday. She was telling me her Grandpa had worked out in the sun his whole life and his doctors are now ordering him to get less sun due to the risk of skin cancer. He doesn't like to take reminders from his family though as it feels condescending maybe an app like this...

Oooh this is super useful! I would love to see some waves added to the shapes and it would be great to have a drop down menu with preset dimensions for different social media sites. Twitter posts are 1012x506, Twitter headers 1500x500px, Facebook posts 1200x630, Facebook covers 820x312, Instagram posts 1080x1080, Instagram story 1080x1920 and LinkedIn covers 1584x396 for example.
