I use to prepare a list of "to do today" with Workflowly in the early morning with the tasks in order of importance then I give units of time for each one (normally 25 minutes). At the end of the day I check what I did and eventually postpone for tomorrow. Workflowly is very helpful in a meeting too, to take notes and then transform into actionable tasks.
