I started building a few other projects with a couple of friends and we eventually needed a board to track our progress. It ended up feeling too much like actual work to the rest of the team and they eventually fell off the projects. So I built the team I wish I had, one that would never give up on me, one where I could direct and delegate thru a familiar kanban board. That became Wiplash.
