Right now I am not at all happy with Remento. The return policy for the Legacy Box is terrible. I ordered the box not realizing that I could just upload photos myself. I cancelled the order within 20 minutes of ordering and the box had not yet shipped. Due to this experience I have no confidence in the company and don’t even want to create a Remento Book. I’m afraid that if I run into a problem I won’t get any assistance. I have requested a full refund which they say that they will honor within the first 30 days. I am so disappointed. I got this for my mother for Mother’s Day. :(
