It builds a structural graph of TypeScript/Node.js codebases and compiles compact, verifiable context packs for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Gemini, Aider, and OpenCode. The goal is to reduce repeated repo exploration, token waste, and noisy context.
