
Customer support at Katteb is awful. When I contacted Paypro Platform about a payment that wouldn't go through, they waited years to react, and when I spoke to customer support on the Katteb website, they refused to let me take advantage of the offer I had been inundated with in emails. they promise services they cannot provide. Customer service is the most crucial component of every business. They stopped answering my emails and began to ignore me since they were unable to fulfil their promises. not happy with this at all . literally i have to beg them to recieve a respond saying "We’re sorry but this is not available" while my email has like 9 emails from them that ask me to join their services . I do not recommend anyone to buy this . Terrible ,Terrible.
