This is awesome! I have 2 questions: 1.) Can the resumes be exported as a word document? 2.) Are the exported resumes optimized for major Application Tracking Systems (ATS)? I know PDF files are typically harder for ATSs to understand vs. word documents. I had that problem in the past.
