That's great. Thank you for showing us. We still see LinkedIn as the 'actual competitor' β At least when it comes to creative professionals. We hope to grow our community naturally. So it's either colleagues and professional contacts of our community or people who request an invite.

Job sites are - if you ask me - horrible. It's all about job titles and no one ever talks about what really matters - the people working for companies. We've learned a lot along the way: Especially that when people are open about who they are and what matters to them, it shows them in a light that is hard to compete with. A CV doesn't say much - it's a summary of things you've done in the past....
