I recently ordered a Cameo from this site and after three days, I got nothing. In the email when I ordered, they said 7 days but yet they only waited 3 days. Go figure. II ordered a birthday cameo video from an actor I was a big fan of. He made a birthday video for me last year so i wanted another one for this year but nothing happened and they said I can have credit to use towards another celebrity so I emailed them and I told them that I wanted my money back instead because there was no one else I wanted to cameo video from. They did refund my money without any issues but it just irritated me that they only gave me three days and that this site doesn't pressure these D -Listers to fulfill their duties. I don't understand why these "celebrities," join sites like this and don't want to make the videos that they're supposed to make and do what they're getting paid to do. I had a similar problem with the same actor back in 2015 on another site like Cameo called CelebVM and I waited 9 and 1/2 Weeks for that actor to make me a video back then and of course he did not. He even said to me in a Twitter DM on March 23rd 2016 that he was going to send me a free personal video and he never did. I guess I should be thankful he did one last year for me but I was really hoping for another one this year. I just know never to use this site ever again. After my money was refunded I deleted my account on there. This was the first time I ever had any issues on this site. I have had other Cameos done and loved them all but this time, it was different.
