IC Payer - Easy way to top up Japanese IC Cards (Suico, Pasmo)

IC payer is a easy way for foreigner to top up transport cards in Japan via bank card.

Problem - to top up Suica\Pasmo card i need to withdraw cash from my bank card, i’ve to find ATM, pay commission, go back to ticket machine and top up card.
