Mitchell Kennedy is a Cape Cod–based real estate portfolio manager, restaurant consultant, and community advocate with a strong focus on sustainability and affordable housing. Raised in Brewster, Massachusetts, he began his career in conservation and oyster farming before earning a Philosophy degree from Baruch College in New York City. Returning home, Mitchell managed residential properties, supported small businesses, and guided local restaurants to thrive in seasonal markets. Beyond his professional career, he has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, helping construct affordable homes in Miami. Today, Mitchell Kennedy is working on launching a multi-purpose art gallery and thrift store in Orleans, designed to promote creativity, sustainable commerce, and community connection.
