I enable data teams with AI and Cursor. Coaching, pair context and agent engineering, and short embedded stints, so the team ships faster with AI-assisted workflows that stay maintainable. I do the same for regular software teams. I also help with risk assessment, usage policies for Cursor and other AI tools, and the procedures for applying AI in development. I help data teams raise their engineering habits: a shared codebase in Git, and a calm, repeatable way to release. That sits on 20+ years of data platforms in regulated and finance environments, including Azure, SQL Server, and Microsoft Fabric. The experience is why the coaching holds. It is not the headline.
