Congratulations on the launch! As a distractible person who needs to take extra steps to focus (headphones, brown noise, etc.), I think this is a great project, and I've been pleased to see how it's developed throughout the testing. Here's to more serenity, deliberate work and good flow for all of us!

Looks great! And with the new employer requirement in Germany to track employee work time, the combination of tracking time spent well and time spent working should be extremely useful.

All of the above, plus I really like having the ability to take stretching breaks without feeling like a weirdo, to have snacks from my kitchen and to throw something in the oven for dinner before the last meetings of the day.

I like the afore-mentioned progress reviews (it's easy to forget or discount the progress you've made!) and would add that using a few minutes for listing what's going well/what you're grateful for can help shift your mental mode.
What's your secret for staying motivated and not feeling discouraged?
