Building Trust for SaaS Brands

About

'm a SaaS marketing professional with experience in reputation management, review management, content writing, Product Hunt marketing, Quora marketing, social media marketing, and web development. I started my career as a Web Developer at NFLLiveScores.com before moving into SaaS marketing. Since then, I've worked with Success.ai and SaaS Marketing Gurus, helping brands grow through authentic customer engagement, strategic content, and community-driven marketing. Now I freelance with SaaS companies like SalesTarget.ai, BuzzAbout, and PixVerse, supporting review management, Product Hunt launches, outreach, and content strategies. I enjoy connecting with founders, discovering new products, and helping startups build trust and reach the right audience.

Do we need an AI-native slack?

We launched PromptQL on X/Twitter 2 weeks back and went viral as the first AI version of slack; and we just went live on Product Hunt! Yesterday Jack Dorsey announced his version, Buzz. And as someone following the space - I see a lot of people having strong opinions about this.
So what's yours? Is slack working for you as you do more and more of your work with AI? Where does it break? Do we even need a new era of collaboration tools?

We stopped tracking SaaS vanity metrics. Usage went up 4x.

For a while, we were tracking the usual SaaS stuff like signups, pageviews, DAU, WAU, and retention charts. Useful to know, but none of it told us whether people were actually succeeding with Causo. So we started using PostHog properly and built our own dashboards around the things that matter for our product.

Causo now has two sides:

Causo for Fundraising has a database of 1,000+ funds and 17,000+ investors. It helps founders find the right partner at the right firm, understand why that person is relevant, and write outreach specifically for them.

Causo for Sales uses the same technology to research almost any niche live. You describe the companies you want, and it finds them, checks why they fit, identifies the right people, verifies contacts and writes the outreach.

My First SaaS Launch Just Failed (Or not?)

After building and launching 4 B2C macOS apps, I decided to release one of our internal tools that helps us evaluate and track marketing channels.

Days of preparing for the launch, setting up onboarding, landing page, redesigning the dashboard, testing, and more.

Converting an internal tool built for our needs into a standalone product is not as straightforward as you might think.
