I start my day with a glass of water to wake up my body. Then exercising for about 30 minutes and shower. I read for about 15 minutes every morning, but no gadgets yet, a real book. Later I have my breakfast, not forgetting about supplements (this month from Canadian Pharmacy Online), and can read or watch some news. Now it's time to start my working day.
What's the daily routine in the morning 🌄 ?

I try to. I won't say I do anything extraordinary but I try to better watch my health. I also experimented with https://betterme.world/articles/..., however, can't always follow this nutrition plan. I've understood that to be more productive the most important for me are good sleep, healthy diet and exercising. These are three crucial components for me.
Do you experiment on your own body to be more productive?

I'd wish I was not so afraid to start new things. It's better to make mistakes, rather than don't try. Oh, and eat less I guess. I now struggle with overweight, have diabetes, use https://www.canadapharmacy.com/p... to control blood sugar. But all of this could have been avoided if I had taken better care of my health.
What advice would you give to your youngest self?

Thanks for doing this guys! Everyone should know about Ukraine and it's history. Russians can fool their people by propaganda, but can't hold the real truth from intelligent people.
