Kanban Plugin for WordPress is groundbreaking because you pay it once and use for every project till the rest of your life on a website you make for your clients. They don't need to remember or book hundreds of different URLs, you just their own website domain :)
Also, it is WordPress! I use doznes of automations on my WP websites, I am familiar with WP ecosystem and now I can add one more tool to it and expand possibilities. Honestly, I didn't see it coming to WP...
What needs improvement
I would like to be able to save kanban board template and import it for new projects, instead of creating them from the scratch.
Can tasks be assigned to multiple users?
Yes, they can. You can easily assign a task to multiple users.
Is time tracking or estimates supported natively?
There is no time tracking, but honestly, I never use it.
Is there a mobile-friendly or responsive board view?
It works good on mobile, but as a dev, I rarely access it with my phone.
