WIndurf somehow is not doing anything. What's going wrong?

I started with Windsurf IDE and swapped to Cursor IDE.
I returned to the Windsurf IDE and used some of the default MCPs. I am on the free tier using SWE-1 (lite) and started a brand new project. But somehow, it doesn't matter what I do, it always says "running" or "it's taking longer than expected", but nothing happens at all.
I just wanted to get a feel if it's worth it to come back. I didn't want to insert coins yet, I'm not clear if it would be.
So I made a PRD, SRD and was trying to use sequential thinking.
So, any ideas what it is, or is it normal that the free tier doesn't do anything?

Everything I Learned Building My Landing Page and Web Application on Bolt.new

Hey p/bolt-new community,

I recently started building Couples Hub (https://coupleshub.io/) a React-based application and Next.js based landing page using Bolt.new. Couples Hub is a product of my hobby brand "MD Meets Techie" which I've run for the past four years, creating digital products specifically for couples. Given my technical background, diving into Bolt.new was kind of a fun experiment (esp given how drab and boring my day job is). I noted several challenges along the way and I thought I'll share a few tips on what I've learned thus far.

2024: A Year in Our Startup: what went wrong.

Year-end invites reflection a chance to connect the dots, as Steve Jobs said, and find greater purpose in each step. 2024 wasn t just about achievements but deep lessons, bold experiments, and transformative moments. Here s our journey Whatguru: Closing a Chapter, Gaining Insights We began the year wrapping up Whatguru, our AI experiment on WhatsApp. Since 2022, it bridged AI with diverse groups, teaching us about human-tech interaction. With native AI tools arriving on WhatsApp, we closed this chapter, grateful for the insights gained. ARTU: Simplifying Chaos Next came ARTU, designed to organize scattered information meetings, emails, and more into actionable tasks. While global tools adopted similar features, ARTU underscored AI's power to simplify life. We retired ARTU for virtual meetings but kept it for WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings. Have you ever seen a big company take over a space your solution was in?
