What's great

photo editing tools (2)free photo editing app (1)

I love the app for its wide range of advanced tools like HSL, sharpness, and the ability to work with shadows and highlights. It's great that I can experiment and save my successful setting combinations as presets. A special thanks for keeping the app from being overloaded with unnecessary functions

What needs improvement

I'd like to be able to create folders or albums within the app to better organize my photos. Sometimes it's difficult to find the photo I need in the studio's feed

vs Alternatives

I chose VSCO for its unique combination of high-quality, film-like filters and advanced, yet understandable, editing tools

Plus I really appreciate its minimalistic design without unnecessary distractions

How good are the preset filters for everyday photos?

The presets are one of VSCO's biggest strengths. Even the free options are high-quality, and with a subscription, the selection becomes huge

How intuitive is the interface for first-time users?

The interface is quite minimalistic, which I like. However, for a newcomer, it might not seem completely intuitive at first glance. It takes a little time to get used to the icons and the layout of all the advanced tools. But after 10-15 minutes of exploring, everything falls into place

Is customer support responsive and helpful when issues arise?

I haven't had to contact support often
