I was using MS Clarity for heatmaps and analytics, but I found it to be unreliable and inaccurate. Comparing the data between MS and Hubalz is night and day. Not only is the data better, but so is the UI. It is simple and easy to navigate. I hope they'll be able to implement UI color customization in the future. Lastly, customer support is excellent.
