After decades in IT, I never expected that at 50 I'd make a hard pivot into real estate. As a product owner I ran app and website development for big corporate clients. In real estate I ran into problems the right tool could have solved. One was keeping track of where I stood with each client. I have over 300 of them. I couldn't find a solution, so I built myself an app: Business Dialer. My own notes show up on the incoming call screen, so I'm up to speed before I pick up the phone. Clients wonder how I remember everything. Even when a past client calls months after a deal closed. I love this work. There are still a few problems left to solve, and I'm working on those now.

Business Dialer Contact Notes - The Android dialer that shows who's calling and why

Ordinary caller ID tells you a name. Business Dialer tells you who the person is, what they do, and what you last agreed. It replaces your Android phone app and puts the caller's company, job title, labels and your own notes on the incoming call screen, live from Google Contacts. No CRM to sync, nothing uploaded to a server. You pick which fields show, and their order. Underneath, a full dialer: search by company or note, dual-SIM, favorites, recents.
