I am Mike, and I work as a customer service executive for Shea’s Apothecary. I have been working in this line for over 4 years and am well-versed in handling the queries of our customers. My main responsibilities also include managing queries that are beyond the scope of our representatives. I work to enhance the relationship of our customers with the organization.
