Blender has been my number one tool throughout my 6+ years as a 3D artist. I started working in game development with Blender 2.8 (it was in beta), back when people used to make fun of anyone using Blender for gamedev. Less than a year later, the entire 3D team at the company was pushed to learn it — and now they use only Blender.
It’s hands down the best software for 3D modeling, motion tracking, animation, video and audio editing, cartoon painting, compositing, sculpting… and probably a few more things I’m forgetting. Oh, and the best part? It’s free.

I built on Babylon.js my modds.watch, and it’s been incredible. The framework gives me the performance and flexibility I need to let watch modders design and customize in full 3D right in the browser. I love how the lighting works, my watch models look amazing. Clean, powerful, and well-documented.
