Logseq is a strong tool for full Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) functionality. It is stable and I use it daily for my critical meeting notes, research notes, and collection of thoughts and ideas. Each week, the responsive developers are bringing more and more functionality, mostly based on community requests. And most all of the Roam Research videos and instruction apply to Logseq too....
