What would you put in your Black Friday drawer?

Hi everyone, we re MightyIdea, the small studio behind PromoDrawer.

Every sale season, Shopify stores pile up a popup for the discount, a bar for free shipping, another popup for the email list and a countdown somewhere else. PromoDrawer puts all of it in one drawer that shoppers open when they re ready.

With Black Friday about seven weeks away, we d like to hear how store owners plan it:

Which offers do you run? A sitewide sale, a discount code, free shipping, bundles, a gift with purchase?
Where do they show? Every page, or only some, like collections and not product pages?
What do you use today? Popups, an announcement bar, banners or nothing at all?
