Testing two AI chatbots, need honest feedback
Hey everyone!
I m testing two AI chatbots I built and I d love some honest feedback on how they behave and where they break.
They re designed for two different use cases:
1 Technical Support Bot handles troubleshooting, KB-based answers, and structured help flows.
2 Commercial Assistant Bot explains services, pricing logic, onboarding steps, and clarifies doubts.
I m trying to validate:
clarity and precision of answers
how well they follow instructions
where the reasoning fails
UX / flow issues
any confusing or missing features
