Raycast
I really like Spotlight on macOS, but Raycast adds a bunch of great features. I've tried Alfred, and although I like it, I can't really justify the price. I like that I can pretty easily write my own Raycast extensions, but I've found that I haven't really needed to since those that are already available cover my needs.

Slack
Slack is the best of the real-time team collaboration tools I've tried. Part of this is because of the wide variety of integrations that are available. I like that I can connect Slack to my GitHub, Zoom, calendar, and other services I use to automate parts of my workflow.
Zoom
Overall I've been really happy with Zoom. I started using it at the beginning of the pandemic when our organization purchased a license. I'll admit I hadn't heard of Zoom before this, but I can understand why it became so popular. It's still my goto for virtual meetings even though most events have resumed meeting in person. I think some of the interactive features could still use some work. Polls often seem to be confusing for others to set up and Zoom apps haven't really caught on yet.
