Remote work changed my life - the autonomy, the focus, the freedom to structure days around what matters. I got tired of job boards that treat "remote" as a marketing label, so I'm building RemoteRoles through my studio SabioSol. It's our first product, and it only lists roles from companies who genuinely mean it. Building in public with a bias toward shipping and honest feedback.
