Have been using ecomposer for a while and love the page builder.
The most helpful part has been the customer service, we have been working with Andy on some issues we were having, but he helped us greatly. He had a lot of patiences with us and talked us through the issues, fixing them for us also.
I love the interface of Ecomposer, it makes it easy for people who aren't great at website designing, and they have lots of templates to use also.
