
Was curious. Tried and then cancelled or tried too.
Customer support complete trash. Will lock you in, make it hard to cancel, limit your controls and generally be obtuse. Billed me a month late after I thought sub was cancelled. No email. Couldn't cancel order. Pinged support. Quoted T&C at me about cancelling early.
Ive sold SaaS and I would never treat my customers like this.
