Congrats on the launch! I was lucky enough to use BetaFi earlier this month, and was really impressed with how many features the product already has. Getting user feedback is so critical, especially for new companies. It's great to see a better way to do user research, no tabbing through ten different windows, or forgetting a really critical piece of feedback because you forgot to write it down.
