While it shows some potential, it has bugs and completely unsupported. Customer service is nonexistent - just faceless AI chatbots with no real people behind them. Customer service per email goes without reply. Even when trying to pay for a plan upgrade, there’s zero response. This feels like a product that was launched and then abandoned.
