This app is built around micro-habits, inspired by the principles in Atomic Habits — focusing on small, repeatable actions rather than ambitious goals. The experience is intentionally minimal, inspired by the experience of Habit Tracker in Google Sheets. It’s completely open source and free, with no ads, no accounts, and no user tracking. Before sharing it more widely, it was already being used quietly by many people through open-source communities, including distribution via F-Droid.
