Made a purchase, charged twice, Jumpspeak (and Google) refused to refund me one of the two Tried to purchased a lifetime subscription. I though I pressed the wrong button or didn't push hard enough when the first click had no response and I tried again. Then I found I got charged twice. A Dozens emails and trying to get past Google Bots later. Here are the lastest correspondences. I am happy to help with any technical aspects of Jumpspeak, but we are unable to provide a refund from our system here. --- The contract we have with Google Play does not allow us to provide refunds for purchases made through Google Play.
