Thanks for sharing this resource to give startups a boost on getting activation and onboarding right. Customer enablement and stickiness is so critical to a startup's success, and it's so nice not to have to start from scratch when we're already resource-limited. Really appreciate you sharing not just the components, but also the when and why (as well as actual in-the-wild examples).
