My journey began as a small e-commerce business owner myself. I was selling furniture online and found it very difficult to get authentic reviews. There was no feedback loop, no matter what I tried. I had no idea if my customers were happy. I needed someone to tell me how I was doing. That's when I realized they had no idea who "me" was. The entire exchange was done anonymously. There was zero interaction during the purchasing experience. They may as well have been buying from a robot. So that's when I set out to see if that could be changed. I want to personalize the online shopping experience. To get the shopper engaged with the business owner and understand there's a real person behind the business who benefits from feedback and seriously values every review.
