I deeply believe that the way to solve complex problems - is to have highly motivated & capable talent be focused on the problem. Climate change is probably amongst the top 3 most complex & impactful problems of our times. And it is so new to all of humanity ... that if we were to wait for capabilities to be built & universities to change their curriculums, etc ... it would be too late for...
