After months waiting for the product & no response from customer service. The device shows up out of the blue one day. Now, I've been trying to return the item for a month. Their website lists a return policy, but according to their rep, "the policy is still in development." Scam of a company.

I'm really upset with the lack of communication to their customers. It's absolutely unexceptionable for customer support to ignore their customers.
