Use it daily.
Haven't finished a single day with an email lingering in my inbox since Superhuman.
Key features:
1. Snippets: I use this to brilliantly add reusable bits of information in emails. eg: zoom, calendar link, etc.
2. Ai: I have Superhuman initially compose an email for me. I can even have it 'rewrite in my voice' so I don't sound like a robot.
3. Remind me if no reply: There's always those emails that someone else needs to follow up with, but I will need to follow up with if they drop the ball. 'remind me if no reply' fixes that.
Plenty of other features, but the slick UI, the use of shortcuts, and the fact that it just works, stands out.
