TL;DR: Paid for a service. Received absolutely nothing. Avoid. I paid for a Premium account on 5th March, 2018 and submitted 2 design briefs that day. The ETA was set as 9th March for the first piece of work (already a day over the quoted time). I got a message on 9th March telling me that the ETA would be slipping to the 12th March.
